Here, you can share your journey, find encouragement, and learn from others who have similar experiences. We offer a range of programs, including support groups, workshops, and informational sessions, all aimed at fostering growth, resilience, and hope.

We understand that mental health is a journey, and we’re here to walk alongside you. Together, we can cultivate a culture of empathy, awareness, and empowerment.

QSpace 

​QSpace is a LGBTQ+ support group in Minot for youth. We meet the 1st and 3rd Fridays of every month from 6:00-7:30 p.m.

2 Steps Forward

2 Steps Forward is a 14-week transformational experience in growth and rediscovery—designed to provide compassion, support, and tools for moving forward after loss.
Through a blend of grief education, coaching, and meaningful activities, participants will find space to process their grief, reclaim their sense of self, and reconnect with purpose.
Because healing isn’t about “moving on”—it’s about moving forward.

Transformational Parenting Program

Parenting can be messy, beautiful, and sometimes overwhelming—but you don’t have to navigate it alone. 💚

Our 14-week guided experience with Audrey is designed for caregivers ready to:
💚Break generational cycles
💚 Build deeper, conscious connections with their children
💚 Understand behaviors, heal old wounds, and align with your core values

This isn’t just about correcting behavior—it’s about growth, self-discovery, and stronger relationships for both parent and child.
