CLEMENTINE & COOPER
These two cuddly characters are integral to the therapeutic team at (W)evolve. Clementine (left) is a matronly type very much into comfort foods, crocheting, and watercolors. She listens to Lana Del Ray while luxuriating in a bubble bath. She told her friends she didn’t want anything for her birthday but obviously didn’t mean it. She can’t believe everyone thinks it’s acceptable to write Happy Birthday on her FB wall without lavishing her with gifts. She has a favorite place on the couch that her goofy brother, Cooper, always tries to steal. All kidding aside, Clementine is a specially-trained service dog who assists in aiding clients’ therapy through her calm temperament, friendliness, gentle demeanor, patience, and confidence. Not to mention impeccable manners.
Cooper is the new(er) kid (right), admires James Dean, the Beatles, and hates peas unless he can play with them on the floor unsupervised. He was turned down as an American Apparel model because the casting director told him he was too “conventionally handsome.” He lives to pester his big sister and steal her toys whenever she’s not looking (and sometimes even when she is). He often gets into things he shouldn’t and blames it on Clem. He makes friends with everyone in the checkout line at the grocery store. He holds an MBA (Monkey-Business Administration) from Woofer University. In truth, Cooper is a service dog in training, mentored by his big sister and gently educated by his favorite human: Lea Anna. He still exhibits puppy energy but is smart and learns quickly.
